The HH SCIENCE HH2500 is a flagship-grade pH electrode designed for demanding chemical process control applications. Built with a cylindrical acid/alkali-resistant glass membrane, the HH2500 provides a large sensing surface area and exceptional mechanical impact resistance, thanks to its membrane thickness of 0.2–0.4 mm.
Internally, it features a dual-junction reference system combined with a high-pressure-tolerant PCG polymer gel, enabling the sensor to withstand up to 6 Bar of osmotic pressure. This makes it ideal for closed systems, pressurized lines, and chemically aggressive media.
The junction can be configured with multi-porous ceramic or PTFE (Teflon) materials, offering high ion exchange efficiency and stability even in strong acid, alkali, or oxidizing agents. With IP68 waterproof construction, the HH2500 is built for long-term submersion in the harshest environments, making it a preferred solution in electroplating, wastewater, and chemical processing plants.
