At HH SCIENCE, we serve both B2C and B2B customers with global shipping options tailored to your needs.
B2C Orders
We offer free international shipping to the EU and USA on all retail items via EMS/EUB. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and local taxes in their country. The standard delivery time is 15–20 business days.
B2B Orders
For wholesale and business orders, we ship via air freight, sea freight, or other available international logistics methods. Shipping methods, costs, and lead times vary based on order volume and destination, and are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
As most of our products are customizable, the production lead time may vary and will be confirmed upon order placement.
Refund Policy
We offer 100% refunds only in cases of confirmed factory defects.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Our quality control team will issue a written inspection report within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Return Policy
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed factory defect.
In cases where a full refund is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and include it in the refund process. All other returns are handled at the customer’s expense, and products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
