Its construction includes a cylindrical pH-sensitive glass membrane with excellent mechanical strength and a PTFE salt bridge that provides a non-clogging, low-interference liquid junction. Inside, the HH2500D features an SRG (Synthetic Resin Gel) electrolyte, which resists sulfur ion poisoning—a common cause of premature failure in standard electrodes.
The dual-junction reference system further enhances chemical isolation and extends service life, while the IP68 waterproof rating ensures the sensor performs reliably in fully submerged applications, such as absorber towers and slurry tanks in FGD systems.
